“Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly; Gather the elders and all the inhabitants
of the land Into the house of the Lord your God, and cry out to the Lord. Alas for the
day!

Over the past several months, God has been speaking and releasing plumbline revelation in preparation for the Day and the Age To Come. Kingdom Rain leadership, together with the intercessors and the family, have been praying, listening, and discerning—and together knew it was time to fast. After the events of this week, with the assasination of Charlie Kirk, America's Youth Pastor, we can know without doubt, this is a moment in history.
Scott McElroy: Charlie represented the modern-day evangelist—taking his field of influence and proclaiming the gospel of the Kingdom. We have called forth a modern-day evangelistic movement. Let the blood of this evangelist spark that movement—not as a revolution of bloodshed, but as a holy revolution, marking the official shift into the Kingdom paradigm.
Mandy McElroy: I was with 70 children this morning at Trojans for Christ. “As I watched the room, I realized this generation will carry the greatest impact of this moment, and the weight of the movement ahead struck me deeply. Last night, as I spoke with Samuel, I remembered that 9/11 happened when I was 14—the day I knew the America of my childhood was gone. Samuel is 14 now, and after this week’s events, the America of his childhood is also no more.

On March 16, at Kingdom Rain, Susan Ekhoff released this word: ‘Kingdom Rain, you are a church with a movement, but the movement has outgrown the church. Have courage—you are chosen. I am sufficient for you.’
Susan then imparted Lou Engle’s prophetic word over Kingdom Rain: ‘You have the grace to fast. The grace to dream. The grace to watch movements.’”
On Sunday, Chene’ Tucker, together with a panel, initiated the call to fast- It is important now to be prepared for the Hebrew New Year 5786—through the Day of Atonement and into the Feast of Tabernacles. "The shofar is being blown in the heavens and they’re saying it’s time to arise, it’s time to arise for the time has come for what the Lord has said. Some issues resist normal prayer because of unbelief in our hearts—our capacity hasn’t grown to meet the challenge. Other battles linger because they’ve been with us so long, often tied to childhood wounds or trauma. These experiences interrupt our childlike ability to receive and can even reshape our thinking, making it difficult to process truth clearly. There are things I cannot know through normal prayer, because what’s coming against me operates in a realm I don’t fully understand. I need a different strategy—an atomic power—to bulldoze the flesh out of the way so my spirit remains clear and undistracted.
Fasting shifts our bodies to a different source of strength. I sense this is a Joel 1 fast, and the Lord is saying, ‘I need you to enter in, because something amazing is about to happen.’ Truly, all things are possible to those who believe.
Purpose of the Fast
As a church family, we are entering into 21 days of consecration, prayer, and fasting. This is a set apart time to:
Micro (Personal Breakthroughs) • Mezzo (Citywide Revival) • Macro (National & Global)
Draw near to the Lord in worship, prayer, and devotion (James 4:8).
• Contend for breakthroughs in areas of our lives that seem resistant to our current measure of faith.
• Seek breakthroughs in personal and corporate areas of our lives.
• Stand in the gap for our city, our nation, and Israel.
• Cry out for sovereign conversions of those who are in opposition to the Church of Jesus Christ and have been radically hostile to truth and God’s sovereign plan for America!
• We invite you to seek the Lord for your personal fasting strategy. His grace will sustain you, and His Spirit will empower you during this sovereign season of consecration (2 Corinthians 12:9).
Psalm 84: How enriched are they who find their strength in the Lord, within their hearts are the highways of holiness. Even when their paths wind through the dark valley of tears they dig deep to find a pleasant spring where others only find pain. He gives to them a brook of blessing filled with the rain of an outpouring. They grow stronger and stronger with every step forward and the God of all gods will appear before them in Zion. Hear my cry oh God of heavens armies, oh God of Jacob, listen to our loving prayer.
